Harlech

Isobel went to Harlech for the first time this week - quite a long journey for her, but thankfully slept most the way. Richard and I were treated to dinner at Castle Cottage by his parents which was a lovely surprise and such a luxury to be able to eat slowly and with both hands! Isobel thought it was great (as usual) to meet lots of relis and seemed to enjoy the feeling of sand between her toes. Sadly not warm day for the beach, but she still had fun nevertheless.

Not sure if the taste of sand rates the same as ice-cream.....

Whilst milling around the town on Saturday we came across this second hand rocking horse which luckily fitted in the car for the journey home.
