Having had a pasta machine for nearly 6 years and added it to the endless list of things I must use/do before the end of maternity leave (Ha!) - it made a grand appearance last Saturday night. Using a combination of Jamie Oliver's instructions and the manual we did get a result:
The all important '00' flour.
Six eggs - actually made far too much!
Need plenty of work surface!
It was actually delicious and very filling!
